White whine with icelandic salt fish (bacalaou)

Do anyone have any advises on what white wine accomplishes with salt fish dishes.

Generally, fruity and on the sweet side white wines. Sometimes, you will find a rose (pink) wine that is fruity and a little sweet that also matches such dishes. Ask your retailer to recommend something along these lines.
