2003 Batastiolo Barolo

Had dinner in Edmonton last night at a nice italian restaurant with some clients.

Aromatic nose. Big burly tannic but austere monster with high acidity. Definitely in the wrong place to consume this one. Not very balanced and 4 hours of decanting only brought it back a bit.
