Last month we ate at a restaurant in Florence. They served us a blue sparkling wine/champagne when we arrived. This was the best tasting wine I have had. I have been unable to locate it & don't know what the name of it was.
It was light blue in color & tasted like a sweet champagne.

Any ideas?
