what type of wine to choose????

dinner party for 22 men
entree choices are:
salmon glazed in white wine sauce with shallots, mushrooms and baby shrimp or
cornish game hen stuffed with an apple and nut dressing & glazed with a light champagne sauce

wine choice is between:
Kendall Jackson (Grand Reserve) Chardonnay or
King Estate (Reserve) Pinot Gris

or can choose a fume blanc, sauvignon blanc, reisling or a gewurztraminer if you suggest these as better choices.

Out of the choices given, the King Estate Pinot Gris looks like the best one. Those 22 men are just going to have to suck it up. Or else one or more of them can sneak in a Pinot Noir.
