2002 Produttori Barbaresco

Decanted for almost three hours before dinner of pasta salad with leftover cedar-plank salmon (wild Copper river Sockeye); not near enough, but had to do. Clear bright crimson in the glass, almost Pinot Noir-like, with tart red berries on the palate; a bit of oak on the finish, quite short, obviously needing more time but who cares? Delightful anyway. Can't find the price, 13.5 alc/vol.
