My gift to myself for finishing the GRE Psychology exam (that's the Premack Principle at work, by the way--deriving the motivation to do unpleasant tasks from the promise of a reward).

This was a beautiful bottle of wine. Rich Italian red fruit on the nose and palate, balanced by a touch of darkness and just enough darkness to give it depth. Italian earth in abundance, but it's not overpowering. Nice, fine tannins and a long finish round out the package. Shared it with friends over a plate of prosciutto, soppressata and parmigiano. $26 at is-wine.
