Don't know if I posted this before, but it's worth a second shot. Absolute dynamite product: deep, rich cherry fruit, chewy intensity yet balanced; and the finish lasts until you go to bed.

With a perfectly prepared thick pork chop smothered in soy/madeira/garlic sauce and joined by a potato/squash/mushroom butter side dish.
