I love this wine.

Deep purple color. Lots of dried cherry on the nose, along with leather, tobacco, and coffee, all of which translate to the palate. Full, silky mouthfeel, with firm, drying tannins on the finish. Absolutely wonderful.

WS rates it an 88, for what it's worth. I've seen it for around $30 around NYC, but at Vino, the new Italian wine store run by the owners of I Trulli, you can get it for $27 a bottle, or less by the case.
