Thanksgiving dinner at the ranch featured the products of five kitchens and four chefs, so was a tad challenging to plan the wines for. Needed simple choices of both red and white to handle one lady's herbal dressing, another's raisin dressing, wife's roast turkeys, "drunken" cranberries (whole berries soaked in Jack Daniels), yellow squash casserole, corn casserole, brussels sprounts with bacon and mustard dressing, D's fresh crescent rolls, mashed sweet potatos baked with butter and brown sugar, various desserts (including one lady's three-chocolate cake), etc. Was concerned that my usual choices for Thanskgiving dinner - MSR Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc - would be overwhelmed, so opted for Kenwood Pinot Noir and Picpoul de Pinet.

Bingo.
