With leftover Easter pork loin shredded onto open-faced whole grain sandwiches with steamed green beans and sauteed asparagus; a nice journeyman style PN with good black fruit and spices up front, more on the palate, a little heat kicking in on the finish from the 13.5% alc/vol. For a PN, you can't beat the price of $7; certainly worth snagging a bunch more.
