Hi There, Any help is greatly appreciated. I am going to small dinner party and I am bringing home made Banana Cream Pie. What should I bring to drink along with this type of dessert? I would love to bring something unique but I don't have any idea what would compliment this type of dessert.

Thanks tons!!!

H Rory, and welcome to the Wine Board. You want and ice cold white dessert wine such as Bonny Doon Muscat de Glaciere. It runs around $17 for 375 ml. There are others from France, Germany, and California. Unless there is a large crowd, would not bring more than the half bottle, because a little goes a long way. You might want to check and see if the host has those tiny weenie wine glasses for this kind of wine, and bring something appropriate if they don't.

IK, does R. Grahm know that he owes you some favors? You (rightfully) get tremendous mileage out of Bonny Doon Muscat de Glaciere...and he profits. cp
