Is there a wine that anyone could suggest that goes well with fajitas? I should have been specific - beef fajitas.

I would think a zinfandel would pair nicely with the spiciness of either chicken or beef fajitas.

Welcome to the board, neighbor.

Drew is right on about a (red) Zin working with fajitas. Look down the board at the Zinfandel thread for recent postings. Peachy Canyon and 7 Deadly Zins are both available in this area and would work well.

Also consider a Spanish Rioja. One of the best I've had in the last couple of years is the Palacio de Sada Crianza from Navarra. Very inexpensive, and believe I bought it at Costco on IH10 at UTSA Blvd.
