Wow....This is not your typical light PN. This thing is loaded with flavors.

Red and black cherry on the nose along with spices and wood. On taste, the first thing you notice is the density of flavors, as dense as it is dark (nearly could not see through it). Some cola with some earth and other darf fruits. This is a dense and full-bodied wine with lots of stuffing and a bit hot at the end and noticeable acidity. Will need some time to come together but this should be pretty good. $39 by the bottle.

Maybe because we had the Graillot before it but this time the PN was a bit more subdued. Still packing a punch but more reserved in all areas. Maybe in a bit of a dumb phase? Some air brought it back to life but still end up a bit straight forward. Certainly the wine structure was still all there.
