On the nose, tobacco, still good ripe berries, lovely texture, velvety tannins, with a medium plus body, and a nice persistence. Nice balance

I've never been as optimistic about the '93 red Burgundies as others so I'm glad to hear that this one was enjoyable.

I would agree with you on that but this one was certainly doing well. I am actually more worried about any 92's that are still around.
