Anyone got this? Anyone ordering? I got some last year, and it was pretty good but not great, at least not by my standards (I may stand alone, but I judge by my own criteria). I'm thinking this is a pass. Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?

KC when I get a whole bottle of 2 wines from any mailer I start yawning. I get all I need from Vintage. El Paso. WW

Well, I for one won't be on that bandwagon either. I e-mailed them, basically asking nicely what happened. They said w/volume down, they had to allocate more to their "premium buyers". Just b/c my "cellars" don't look like ww, with about 100 +/- capacity, apparently I'm not a "premium buyer". Loring and A.P. Vin will get my pinot dollars this year. I won't say what I told KC that Sea Smoke can do with their mailer!!!!

NOW you tell me KC! I just ordered two bottles of the Southing. I wasn't even offered the Botella. I will report back eventually after tasting. I was thinking of ordering from Loring Wine Company and Merry Edwards also but have to weigh my decision because of dollar constraints. Next year it may be someone other than Sea Smoke. My shipment of Minus Five from Argyle (I ordered three half-bottles) is on its way. It is still getting up to 79 or 80 here in the daytime although it should be somewhat cooler starting tomorrow. Nights are in the 60's. P.S. I also put my name on the mailer for Rochioli which is sold out of their current vintage.

Loring is a no brainer for me. I'm taking the full allocation.

newsguy- I have tons left of my allocation. Only got 1 keefer and 2 llama. We're putting in a pool this year, so I have to go very easy on my mailing lists. My full allocation is 15 bottles total. Let me know, and I'll e-mail brian loring that I need to change my order.

I'd be interested in a few bottles, too. Feel free to e-mail me offline if it's a possibility:

dan, I sent you an e-mail with the bottles available. Also, fyi, I only got 3 of my 11 AP Vin allocation.

Since I've already faxed in both orders, I will need to let them both know of any changes

fyi- Brian Loring is doing a spring allocation also. I'm not sure if the mailing list is open for that anymore, but I'm sure it couldn't hurt to try. His site is: www.loringwinecompany.com

I believe there is 3 wine offerings for spring, one being Clos Pepe Vineyard, my favorite!!
