2005 Blackstone, Montery County, Pinot Noir ($9.99 NH Liq Store). Alcohol level: 13.5%. Sort of eh.

Matched with baked salmon pieces and asparagus both with Hollandaise Sauce, along with roast potato pieces. Wine served to wash it all down.

We had the '09 with Easter Dinner of Virginia ham and trimmings yesterday (scheduling problem about today). It was a little better than eh, and went well with the ham.

Interesting thing is that we picked up two bottles at Micucci's in Portland last week for $7.99 each. At Whole Foods, practically across the street, they had the exact same bottling for $13.99!!!!
