well...
My dad really likes moderate to big, fruit-forward Pinot, so I bought a 3 pack of this at a fairly good deal. I mean, it's well-made and all, but ech... just ech.
it's all fruit (raspberry, cherry jam?) with a little teensy bit of meatiness back there, but just kind of boring and almost glycerine-y in an unpleasant way. Too much for most food, and hardly recognizable as pinot to my palate. It's not like it was unbalanced or anything, I just didn't LIKE it...

A good note on the negatives of the wine.
