'97 Bouchard Le Corton

Had this at a restaurant with dinner last night. Ruby color, good density and concentration, cherry and tobacco flavors, but nothing really in the minerally line, moderate tannin. A good food wine if a little tight. I was expecting it to be more fruity and forward given what I've heard about the vintage but this one definitely needs some time.
