...wait until everybody gets a load of the FULL PAGE photo of his mug in the Spectator this issue - his second Full-Page spread, I might add. Does this mean you've arrived, Brian? And, having arrived, where are you?

I hope you at least get slavish servility with the adulation...

Does a full page spred in the wine speculator drive the chicks mad?

"hey baby, want to see my full page spred?"

Haven't seen it yet. I did hear on another board that he and Mat are drinking Estancia Syrah. What's up with that?

Will look for the article (and samples of Loring Pinot Noirs at McCool).

Yes, I'm really blushing now! Last year, after the full page photo, people were asking me "where do you go from here?". I would reply (jokingly), "The Cover!". Somehow a miracle occurred, and that joke became reality. Amazing. So now the bigger question... what now? I guess I'll just enjoy the "15 Minutes"

"Does a full page spred in the wine speculator drive the chicks mad?" Since I'm spoken for, I couldn't say.

The wine in the glasses we're all holding in the cover shot is indeed a Syrah. I guess they wanted a deeply colored wine - something that would show up well in the photo. It was just a "prop".

Well, Mr. Loring, there's always a centerfold...
