Friends dropped by for dinner and I was really itching to open up a Burg today.

Opened up with a nice cherry nose and cedar. Medium body but very smooth, nice minerality and needed a bit of air to open up. Nicely balanced and easy drinking. For the money though, just a bit on the high side for the money at $40 a pop.
