Hi Bluecrab, and welcome to the Wine Board. Alot depends on how you are going to fix them. If it is just plain ole, look for a bottle of Riesling with the sweetness level you enjoy most. Ask at your retailer.

I'd agree with IK, and also add that chardonnay would go nicely with that shrimp.
