I've posted on these before. The '94 Van Duzer Eola Selection (one of the surprise stars of the '94 GrinnerRetrospective last June) was unfortunately corked, and it was my last bottle (sob!).

The '92 Erath Niederberger Vineyard was lovely. Dark fruits, anise, sandalwood and spice, it's evolved very nicely, but it has some life ahead of it. It's actually a little closed right now. One of those weird pinot stages. Great buy at $18 not long ago.

Van Duzer Eola is great and about $13. This wine is made by William Hill. (The man not the winery)
