I'm sitting in the Air Canada Lounge in Toronto, enroute to Boston (FINALLY....).

Enjoying a bowl of veggies. Picked up a glass of the 2005 Jackson Triggs Cab Franc and Cab Sauvignon Proprietor's reserve. Deep black garnet but not thick. Nose is full of black berries and very little wood. On the palate, it is light and lithe, acidic and thin. Black fruits and some wood but mostly acidic. Not sure what food would stand up to this level of sourness.... A lolly pop???
