Leftovers, anyone?

Now that Thanksgiving has come and gone, what to pair with all the dark meat that nobody else seems to enjoy?

Had a Bearboat Pinot Noir here for turkey leftovers... worked well. With the main event, had used the Messina Hof Pinot Grigio as planned, and it also worked well.

I used a medium weight Spanish red.

I like the Bearboat Pinot Noir also but don't have any on hand at present.
