2005 Teynac St. Julien

This is a nice little everyday bordeaux that reminds me most of walking around the back alleys of Paris and then stopping off at some small shop for a sandwich and a glass of red Bordeaux. In this iteration, more density and the wine still is a bit tannic, a bit rough around the edges, Needs more time but did go well with a nice rib eye.
