Had Braccioletone di Manzo, which is stuffed beef roll. It was stuffed with genoa salami, provalone, parmasean, parsley and a couple of hard boiled eggs. This was covered in a a carrot, onion, tomato sauce. For a side dish, we had Patate Arrosta alla Toscana (tuscan roasted potatoes. We had raw spinach with caesar dressing to start with. The wine was a 1993 Castello di Bossi Chianti Classico. Our guests, who weren't red wine drinkers, complimented the wine as being very good. It was very good with the meal. Tuscan wine and Tuscan food! For dessert, our guests brought chocolate chip cookies and we had them with a Sweet Reisling from Ste. Chapelle. Overall, the dinner and wines were a complete success.
