This thing was shut down pretty hard. No fruit with coxing but good dark colour and density of secondary and tertiary notes, leather, meat, etc

Nice but tough at the moment.

Time to check in again, this time form a bottle cellared in SF. Much better now. Certainly not peaked yet but oh showing so well. Deep garnet back in color still, secondary notes are starting to come, older oak, leather, rsome herbs, , medium plus finish and very enjoyable at this stage. No rush but just started to enter its drinking windows.

Thought as a result of the good show in SF, I'd pull one of these from my cellar. Nope, not the same. My was still less evolved than the one I had in SF, but not too far behind. Good time to start looking at these and drinking them though.
