Tight wine, lovely development, color is more towards the side of burgundy/brown/brick and deep in colour which I thought was interesting seeing that it was only 15 years old. Three bottles were opened though and all were consistent. Definitely more secondary flavours with the fruit being masked by the still substantial wood and toast, minerals, spicies, dense, rather masculine. I'm not sure that the fruit will ever return to this thing but that's okay cux it's pretty good for what it is right now, thought I suspect it will never be a great wine.
