1970 Ch. Cantemerle

My father came by this bottle tucked in the basement of his mother-in-law's home (his second wife's mother - not my grandmother). It's been stored very well. The fill is in the neck, and the cork is in it's correct place. What does anyone know about this wine - mainly it's drinkability? The Speculator gave it an 88 when last tasted in 1993. He wants to know if he should have another bottle ready, just in case, if he opens it at a dinner party. Any thoughts?
