Oh, FWIW, 1969 was a horrid year for Bordeaux. All are dead, dead, dead.......

Cheferino, Seems you`re what I call a prowler; Looking in all the out-of-the-way shops for lil` gems. I`ve done it all my life so know the extacy in finding a real bargain. Just a thought. If you`d buy the latest edition of Parkers` Bordeaux you`d have at your fingertips a comprhensive look at vintages from 1961 to 1997.I may not always agree with his individual TN`s , but he`s about as good an authority as there is that`s in print.I use him as a guide alla`time. winoweenie

I guess I'm a prowler, then. You just never know what you're gonna find. Sometimes I almost feel guilty...almost.
I didn't go for it. Instinct told me not to and I'm kinda relieved it did. Thanks for the tidbits- no '69 Bordeaux.
