Bought a couple of bottles in Feb of last year and put 'em away without sampling. Smoking another brisket this afternoon and needed a cook's lube, so decided to give one a try. Plonk. OK, so it's French. So it's plonque. Green, stemmy, without any variental character discernible; no trace of Merlot, Cab, or anything else but stems. At $15.99 per, it's at least $13 over-priced. Ripped off again.

Gil, I get a bunch yearly. I just tried a '98 CDR yesterday that was plonque but didn't post....not worth the effort.

Would like to see even a short note, Drew. I keep a list of juice to avoid, as well as another list of goodies to buy. This dog is goin' to the top of my "Don't ever buy this crap again!" list. I'd be happy to add your CdR to that sterling company.
