2000 La Serene de Giscours (Margaux)

With leftover escargot and filet mignon (we always cook up enough for two meals), decanted for three hours. Dark red and opaque in the glass, nice Bordeaux nose, spicy on the entry with tannins still very noticeable, red fruit and pencil shavings and tobacco on the palate; moderate finish. Lots of sediment. Can't find it in the database, so have no idea as to cost or location of purchase..... suspect Costco and maybe $18-23 in 2003. 13% alc/vol. Not a wine I'd run out and buy a bunch of; only have one more bottle.
