I am hosting a wine tasting for a group of 10-14 wine club members in two weeks. The setting is informal, not a sit down dinner.I would like suggestions for foods that would best accompany Cabernet Sauvignon. I do have suggestions for specific gourmet deli meats and am wondering if there might be additional suggestions within the wine board?

Hi Jonifox...Bread, you need bread. Also, from a previous post by MrD:

"You could serve a variety of hard cheeses such as cheddar, Parmesan, Manchego, mature Gouda or Gruyere with the cab sav."
