Hello, friends!
I don't know much about saving wines and could use some advise: How long can wine stay unopened in it's bottle? I've heard it gets better with age . . . is that true in the extreme. Can you save a bottle of wine for say 20 years and expect it to taste excelent? And what is a Chardannay? Thanks for any and all help.

You need to obtain a copy of a good basic text and do some reading, such as "Wine for Dummies." (nothing personal) It will answer basic questions.
