Had this with clients at the Atlantic Fish Company in Downtown Boston.

Bottle was served too cold. Really, tight on opening, very focused, then with some air and temperature, gained back some of the weight and mealiness that I was hoping to find. Still a bit acidic but went well with a the groups dinner. Only had 1/2 cup as the rest of the group finished it off before it even had a chance to open up a bit more. $65 at restaurant....most likely $20-$25?? at retail?? Decent for the price but not really what I was looking for.
