I love the Raisin D'Or version of Aligote from Michel Lafarge but have yet to find a regular Aligote that really perks my interest. This one didn't either. Light and minerally but very little fruit or structure, mostly just austere with some notions of citrus. Disappointing.

Add some creme de cassis for a true Kir. More interesting that way.
