2000 Gordon Brothers, Chardonnay, Columbia Valley, Washington, $16, 2,180 cases. This is not the wine for those looking for a buttery, oaky Chardonnay. This wine expresses the citrus and fresh sliced apple spectrum. Very clean and refreshing, this is a food-friendly wine waiting for a plate of Fettuccini Alfredo. 88/90.
