2005 Silverado Chardonnay Carneros

Got an incredibly low price on this wine. Almost would think it fell off a truck or came out of the Katrina aftermath....but no! I found it to be a well balanced chardonnay with nice floral notes and minerality. Traditional granny smith apple, butter, and some carmel undertones. Tasted better on day two which came as a surprise. 87-88 points. I believe its around $25-30 per bottle regularly.
