$14.99 at a DC wine shop
13.5% alcohol
cork falling apart but I managed to get it out without getting cork pieces in the poured wine

A true gold color. Nose had some beauty parlor ammonia and was at first more oaky than fruity. I was a little disappointed at first that the aroma and flavor didn't seem to match the nice color. However, it grew on me with the second glass and I might even buy it again. I also liked it well chilled better than at room temperature. I never did really get an identifiable fruit scent but the taste mellowed out to less oaky than the nose would suggest.
