I opened this on Monday and drank a glass -- pretty nice.

Shoved the cork in it, let it set a day and opened it last night for dinner -- Zowwee! It had really opened up and showed its stuff. I'd let this one age a few more years.

Zowwee??? Pretty strong language fer a Dr. of Oakless wines. Guess all that new French Oak be gone after a mere 8 years of bottle age. ww (giggle,snort,hackhack)
