Unknown Winery

I have aquired a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and can not find out anything about the winery.
The label reads as follows.

Rancho Yerba Buena
California
Cabernet Savignon
1976
Cellared and bottled by Rancho Yerba Buena Cellars
Madera California

If anyone could fill me in on this cellar I would appeciate it. Please e mail me and I could send pictures of the label.
