This 2nd wine from the great Snowden vineyard would be a viable sub for many of the 1st wines being offered on the market. Nice mature nose featuring ripe plums, some black cherries, a scooch of casis and a tad of sweet spice. Entry is smoothe nice center and a 3&1/2 lapper finish that ends slightly hot. This IMHO shows the juice is starting on the down-slide. Locvely to drink with food but IMHO if this is your cellar it needs monitoring. 85/84. 35 at D&D St. Helena, 14.7% alc. WW
