Had to get my nose out of those Zins for a day. A lovely Washington State effort that emphasizes the strides they've made with the cab grape up there. Brite medium ruby, with cherries, cassi, lite spice and some soft vanilla nuances. Nice entry, medium weight center and a solid 4-lapper finish. Made from grapes from the Canoe Ridge vineyard, this is a delightful wine that can handle another 1-3 to resolve some soft tannins. 90/88. 40 by the box.WW

Had a friend over who wanted to try this hummer. Just back from Seattle where he had the 98 version. Nose seemed more definative with the few extra months of bottle time. Still improving and should really bloom in another 2-3.Still 90/88 WW

Nose keeps improving on this lovely Wash product. Softening almost monthly. A keeper. Still a 90. WW

WW- Off the wine subject, have you ever been to the Heard Museum? If so what did you think of it?
Thanks, Kat
I mean CCK!

So, if one had a very important piece of native art this museum would be worthy of it? It seems to be a very top class place, and it sounds like you agree.

If the piece sells (today), at our option, I just may be in your area long before the end of the year!
Thanks, Kat
