Nice bottle that has definity peaked and glad we opened it. (cork had some leakage).

Nice nose of chocolate and aged fruit with a controlled about of wood. Has a nice grip on the palate but the tannins were still noticeable. Enjoyable but stuck between a bottle of 2000 Reserva de la Comtessa and the 2000 Chateau des Charmes Icewine so perhaps should have been served before both as this wine had niceties worth looking for.
