2001 Hahn Estate, Central Coast, Cabernet Saugignon ($19 restaurant). This is normally $10 journeyman cab, ready to drink on release, so wasn't too bad a deal. Matched with prime rib and garlic mayonnaise, and soy soaked steak for her. All quite acceptable.
