2001 Newton Claret

Had lunch at the jernt today and decided to try this gem. Lovely bottle with brilliant ruby, great berries in the nose with floral, spices, and earthy notes. All come across on the palate and this lil' hummer shows complete varietal character. Clean cherry, floral notes have a pronounced influence. A great P/Q@ product. 89/91. 17 by the box. 13.5% alc. WW
