Went in the cellar last nite to reward myself for getting thru another Monday and to continue going thru the 94s in the room. My location was bin 265, so found the bottle of Viader, took off the paper sheath, and opened that sucker. It was then I realized it was a 95. I'd forgotten I'd put some 95s in with the 94s. I'd last opened a 95 in 2001 and my notes said " leave this hummer alone for another 5 years." I was right, this bottle is still wound tight as a drum.
