A Riesling Kabinett or Spatlese if you prefer a white wine or posssibly a Pinot Noir if you prefer red wine. If the tacos are quite spicy with diced chile, maybe a Zinfandel or Mexican beer.

I was going to suggest a Zinfandel as that is what I usually serve with tacos but then again we do tend to like ours a bit on the spicey side.
