1997 Silverado Napa

Dense purple with ruby rim. Aromas of morello cherries, red plums, sweet cinnamon, earth and some toasty oak. All come over on the palate with an added cocoa note on the finish. This outstanding bottling makes my mouth water to try their 2 premium 97, the Stags Leap Estate and the Limited Reserve. Still needs another 1-3 to reolve some soft tannins. Superior juice. 91/91. 33 by the box.13.4% alc. WW
