Wow, if you're lucky enough to find some of this bargain, "load the wagon."

This low-production Cab is from an 8-ac. tract between Whitehall Lane and Flora Springs, so I'm told. The landowner, a fellow Oklahoman, sells his grapes to the neighbors but reserves some "juice" for his own bottling, putting up 500 cases in '97 (bottled by Thoma). Quite a bit of it ended up here in Oklahoma, it appears.

I'm very impressed with this wine! Beautiful deep color, very chewy, wonderful fruit in the mid-palate, MASSES of fine tannins on a long finish. I bought a case locally for $15 per bottle.
